Job Description
As part of this Scientist Job, you will join the Immunology team at Charles River Laboratories in Laval. You will support and lead immunology studies, ensuring scientific quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
This Immunology Job involves designing, conducting, and reporting studies while maintaining high standards of scientific integrity. You will also act as a Study Director and Project Scientist, contributing significantly to preclinical drug development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Immunology or a related discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in an Immunology Analyst position
- Hands-on experience in ELISA, ligand-binding assays, ADA (Immunogenicity), or multiplex assays
- Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to changes
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Flexibility in working schedules
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake the role of Study Director and Project Scientist for Immunology laboratory studies
- Design and conduct studies including TK (ligand-binding assays), ADA (Immunogenicity), Biomarker, and Multiplex assays
- Prepare study-related documentation such as study plans, reports, and amendments
- Review study data, worksheets, and technical documentation
- Prepare and review SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Ensure availability of test items, reagents, and materials for uninterrupted study progress
- Plan studies efficiently, including staffing and experimental requirements
- Train and guide study personnel on experiment conduct and data integrity
- Monitor laboratory activities and supervise critical processes
