Educational Requirements:
- Associate degree in Biology, or Medical Technology required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in Biology, Medical Technology, or related science field.
- 1+ years of related lab experience or demonstrated competence in the in-vitro diagnostic industry.
Key Responsibilities of Process Scientist Role:
- Perform material processing and reagent formulation for bulk intermediates and components.
- Conduct in-process testing and final quality control for LIAISON products.
- Utilize SAP for inventory management, kitting, and tracking.
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and maintain clean lab workspaces.
- Assign calibrator values and control ranges to optimize kit performance.
- Support CAPA, NCR/deviation investigations, and validation projects.
- Participate in team training, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills Required for Process Scientist Role:
- Knowledge of immunology and immunoassay techniques.
- Proficiency with lab equipment, MS Excel, and Google Suite.
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis.
