Educational Requirements for this Job:
- Master’s degree in Cell Biology, Immunology, and Molecular Biology, or an equivalent field
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of statistical tools (R, SAS, Matlab) is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform immunological and immunochemical analyses of vaccine antigens and antibody reagents in this Scientist Job at Sanofi Careers
- Support vaccine characterization using in vitro and/or in vivo methods
- Conduct ELISAs, Biolayer Interferometry, neutralization assays, binding assays, and cell-based assays
- Contribute to initiatives reducing or replacing animal testing in this Scientist Job in Canada
- Support documentation review and archiving processes
- Assist in equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and qualification activities
- Support new technology feasibility assessments
- Communicate key information with Scientific Platform Managers
- Participate in platform and department meetings as a Scientist
- Promote teamwork and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
Skills Required:
- Experience in immunology, cell biology, biochemistry, and/or microbiology laboratory techniques
- Strong analytical and statistical understanding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent oral and written English communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and regulatory compliance awareness
