Educational Requirements for the Scientist Role:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Biological Sciences or a related scientific discipline
Key Responsibilities:
- In this Scientist Job Role, you should lead research, analysis, and experimentation for immunoassay product and process development
- Design, conduct, and analyse multi-variable experiments using sound statistical principles
- Provide technical leadership from concept through design transfer and manufacturing launch
- Lead interdisciplinary Element Team, Design Change, and Design Transfer meetings in the R&D Jobs at Siemens Healthineers
- Represent R&D at Core Team meetings and manage assigned project deliverables
- As a Scientist, you should develop analytical verification protocols for new and improved assay applications
- As a Scientist, you should guide and support junior scientists in executing verification studies
- Manage technical investigations and provide expert support across teams
- Coordinate project resources, timelines, and budgets, and mitigate project delays
- In the Scientist Role, you should ensure compliance with all company Health & Safety policies and procedures
Skills Required for the Scientist Role:
- Strong scientific and analytical skills in assay and method development
- Experience within Life Sciences, Diagnostics, or Medical Devices industries (preferred)
- Ability to lead cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams are required for the Research Jobs.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

- Ability to manage complex projects and technical challenges
