Role Overview
Accord Healthcare Jobs in UK are seeking a motivated Regulatory Officer to support post-approval lifecycle management activities across the UK and Europe. This role focuses on CMC regulatory operations, including variation submissions, registrations, tracking, and documentation maintenance, in alignment with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile, submit, and maintain Marketing Authorisations (e.g., CMC variations, PIQ, 61(3) notifications, BSV amendments).
- Manage regulatory databases and filing systems to ensure accuracy and traceability.
- Obtain MAA variation approvals and notifications.
- Request and track certificates of pharmaceutical products (UK/NL/IE) for MENA/CIS and other ROW regions.
- Meet compliance timelines for all regulatory activities.
- Maintain regulatory documentation, spreadsheets, databases, and EMENA SOPs.
- Deliver regulatory training within and outside the department.
- Monitor regulatory inboxes and respond appropriately.
- Perform general regulatory support duties as needed.

Essential Experience & Skills
- Prior experience in a regulatory role or healthcare/science environment with ability to understand technical/medical terminology.
- Strong knowledge of UK/EU pharmaceutical regulations; familiarity with MHRA/MEB processes.

- Strong IT skills, including MS Office and internal systems.
