Job Description
Life science job at UPS involves implementing guidelines established by WHO, BATa, BMBL at Marken, and coordinating biosafety monitoring, compliance, and response activities across facilities.
Provide administrative, technical, and operational support to set up BSL-1/2 S1/2 enhanced facility. Oversee day-to-day operations, conduct trainings, manage safety of the BSL-2 enhanced facility, and maintain a bio risk management system.
Qualifications
Life science job candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Sound knowledge of Clinical Trials Regulations
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks with a proactive approach

- Fluent written and spoken English

Experience & Education
Life science job applicants should have:
- Minimum of 2 years project management experience (preferably in clinical trials)
- Graduation in Life Sciences or related field
- OR 2+ years of experience in clinical research/pharma industry
Key Responsibilities
Life science job responsibilities include:
- Handling client interactions and internal coordination for project setup and implementation.
- Patient Centric Services (Home Healthcare visits, Direct-to/from-Patient shipments)
- Storage and Distribution of supplies including IMP, NIMP, API, SoC, and NPP products
- Expanded Access Programs
- The role requires project ownership, acting as the primary client contact and coordinating operational and quality teams.
- Manage project budgets and ensure deliverables align with study contracts.
- Support project strategy, feasibility discussions, and create Project Management Plans.
- Develop internal and external forms, work instructions, and conduct training sessions.
- Set up systems such as inventory, track & trace, and Home Health Care systems.
- Track project milestones, manage quality incidents, and handle project enquiries.
- Prepare study reports, KPIs, and support billing, audits, SOP development, and forecasting.
- Contribute to team development, training, and process improvements within UPS careers.
