Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Immunology, Oncology, Biology, or related field
- 0-2+ years of experience in clinical sample testing with multi-parameter flow cytometry (8+ colors)
- Hands-on experience with flow cytometry platforms (Cytek Aurora a plus)
- Proficiency with analysis software (BD FACSDiva, FlowJo, FCS Express; OMIQ a plus)
- Familiarity with LIMS, ELN, and laboratory data systems
Job Description:
The QC Research Associate Job involves working within the Translational Research: Technology & Operations team to perform quality control of clinical flow cytometry data, support laboratory testing, and contribute to next-generation cell-based therapies. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and perform QC of clinical flow cytometry data from external laboratories.
- Use data review tools to ensure accuracy for downstream analysis.
- Identify, report, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Draft and revise SOPs for data QC processes.
- Collaborate with laboratory partners and internal stakeholders to improve data review tools.
- Perform routine sample testing using flow cytometry assays under moderate supervision.
- Maintain and troubleshoot flow cytometry instruments; manage critical reagents.
- Prioritize tasks in both local and matrixed environments, supporting team objectives.
