Hourly Rate:

Undergrad internships: $18.50 – $38.50 per hour (depending on location)

Intern II in New York: $14.75 – $55.00 per hour

Relocation Stipend: $5,000 (if residing 50+ miles from internship site)
Educational Requirements for the Biology Internship:
- Undergraduate upperclassmen or Master’s students
- Field of Study: Biology, Biochemistry, or related disciplines
- Graduation Date: Between Dec 2026 – June 2027
- Previous internship experience preferred but not required
- Strong academic performance & scientific interest
Eligibility:
- Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Not eligible for F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, or CPT visa holders
Key Responsibilities of the Intern Role:
- Assist in innovation projects: media development, cell line engineering, high-throughput screening
- Conduct laboratory experiments using established protocols
- Maintain accurate data records following good scientific practices
- Draft experimental study plans under senior scientist guidance
- Analyze and interpret experimental results
- Prepare clear, concise reports & slide decks for reviews
- Present project updates to scientific teams
- Engage in scientific discussions and incorporate feedback
- Participate in weekly team meetings and site events
- Contribute to small-scale experiments
- Assist with side projects led by other scientists
- Deepen communication, collaboration, and scientific reasoning skills
Skills Required for the Biology Internship:
- Basic knowledge of cell biology or biochemistry
- Ability to conduct laboratory experiments
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Familiarity with scientific documentation
- Strong communication & interpersonal abilities
- Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity
