Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related field OR
- Minimum 1 year experience in cGMP operations
Key Responsibilities of Bioprocessing Associate Role:
- Perform biologics clinical manufacturing tasks, including material weigh/dispense and medium/buffer preparation.
- Analyze in-process samples using osmometer, pH/conductivity meters, and scales.
- Maintain dispensing, medium, and buffer preparation rooms in inspection-ready condition.
- Develop, execute, and review SOPs and batch documentation according to cGMP.
- Assist in change control documentation and deviation investigations.
- Troubleshoot equipment as needed.
- Work collaboratively across teams and adapt to flexible schedules, including shifts, holidays, and weekends.
Skills Required for Bioprocessing Associate Role:
- Strong knowledge of bioprocessing and cGMP compliance in biologics manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with SOPs, batch records, medium/buffer solution preparation, and single-use systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project.
- Problem-solving, continuous improvement mindset, and ability to collaborate across teams.
