Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications & Skills for the Principal Scientist Role:
- PhD in Cell Biology, Oncology, or related field OR Master’s degree with equivalent industry experience
- Strong background in oncology and cancer cell biology
- Extensive hands-on experience with patient-derived organoids and advanced cell culture systems
- Experience in cytotoxicity assays and cellular quality control
- Proven expertise in flow cytometry, including panel design, staining, and FlowJo analysis
- Ability to deliver high-quality, reproducible results with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
