Job Description

The Standards & Training Intern may provide support to Global Clinical Trials Operations (GCTO) functions, and where appropriate, other areas of Global Clinical Development (GCD) in any of the following areas:

  • Supports the development and routine updates of process documentation.
  • Supports the development of training materials, aligned with our Company L&D (our Research Laboratories Learning and Development) activities.
  • Supports the delivery of live, virtual, or recorded training sessions.
  • Supports the development and calculation of process metrics.
  • Provides support to cross-functional teams established to improve business process.
  • Supports functional or cross-functional networks of process owners/subject matter experts.
  • Supports development of communications content (email, web, live presentation) to support business process and training activities.
  • Supports development of mailboxes, surveys or other means of collecting feedback and identifying process and training needs.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Candidates must have completion of at least 1 year of study toward a BS/BA in health-related, life science or analytical related field.
  • Candidates must have strong teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Candidates must have ability to embrace change/improvement.
  • Candidates must have project management and organizational aptitude.
  • Candidates must have strong oral and written communications skills.
