Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Chemistry.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in product development or NPD within a multinational FMCG environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities of Product Development Technologist Role:

  • Translate product briefs into consumer-ready products that meet sensory, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing standards.
  • Deliver product development and improvement projects according to briefs and timelines.
  • Design, execute, and report on bench, pilot, and factory trials, including shelf life and nutritional testing.

  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, including specifications, trial reports, and SAP data.
