Educational Requirements for the Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Food Science, Or a related scientific discipline

Key Responsibilities of the Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Coordinator:

  • Maintain and organize regulatory databases, dossiers, and compliance records
  • Support the preparation, review, and maintenance of regulatory documentation, including Product specifications, Ingredient listings, Nutrition facts, Label claims and label information
  • Conduct preliminary regulatory assessments for new ingredients, additives, and processing aids under supervision
  • Assist with artwork and label reviews, ensuring accurate allergen declarations, ingredient lists, and nutrition information
  • Perform regulatory data entry, tracking, and reporting activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Quality, Marketing, and Legal to complete compliance projects on time

Skills Required for the Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Coordinator Role:
