Second Assignment (Years 2–3)
- Continuation in the Junior Process Technologist role at the Belsk Plant

- Potential career progression to Technology Specialist in Alba, Italy upon program completion

Key Responsibilities in the International Graduate Program
Junior Process Technologist – Belsk Plant (Poland)
- Define, control, and optimize technological production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform calculations and data analyses to support process development and standardization
- Standardize technological parameters to improve production performance
- Manage, review, and maintain process documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Monitor sensory properties of products and semi-finished goods to ensure consistency and quality
- Organize and conduct technological trials to support innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support operational objectives and knowledge sharing
Education Required for International Graduate Program
- Master’s degree (MSc, 5 years of study) completed within the last 12 months in:
