Educational Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program (Bachelor’s in Biochemistry, or related fields) as a rising junior or senior. Master’s or PhD students are also eligible.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities of Process Development Role:
- Assist in protein formulation development in multiple buffers.
- Conduct experiments using viscosity, HPLC, and DLS measurements to evaluate stability.
- Interpret complex data and document findings.
- Prepare and present final project summaries to management.
Skills Required:
- Laboratory skills: pipetting, use of balance, volumetric glassware, solution preparation, lab safety awareness.
- Ability to perform literature searches and follow laboratory procedures.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
