About the Life Science Internship
The company are seeking motivated talent to join Lenti Operations at our Raritan, NJ site. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting process development and manufacturing operations while contributing to projects that help bring innovative medicines from lab to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution and communication of process development protocols and reports
- Implement 5S initiatives in manufacturing areas to support audit readiness
- Gather and analyze process data
- Contribute to process improvement projects
- Support community and Credo events and activities
Qualification Required:
- Senior in high school or currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
- Completion of at least the freshman year of an undergraduate program
- Majors preferred: Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or in a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
- Must not require current or future visa sponsorship
Preferred:
- Demonstrated leadership experience

Compensation & Benefits of Life Science Internship
- Pay Range: $23.00 – $51.50 per hour (based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience)
- Eligibility for company-sponsored medical benefits
- Sick time: Up to 40 hours per calendar year; Up to 56 hours per year for Washington State residents
- Participation in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension)
