About the Life Science Internship

The company are seeking motivated talent to join Lenti Operations at our Raritan, NJ site. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting process development and manufacturing operations while contributing to projects that help bring innovative medicines from lab to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution and communication of process development protocols and reports
  • Implement 5S initiatives in manufacturing areas to support audit readiness
  • Gather and analyze process data
  • Contribute to process improvement projects
  • Support community and Credo events and activities

Qualification Required:

  • Senior in high school or currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • Completion of at least the freshman year of an undergraduate program
  • Majors preferred: Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or in a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
  • Must not require current or future visa sponsorship

Preferred:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Participation in campus or community service activities

Compensation & Benefits of Life Science Internship

  • Pay Range: $23.00 – $51.50 per hour (based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience)
  • Eligibility for company-sponsored medical benefits
  • Sick time: Up to 40 hours per calendar year; Up to 56 hours per year for Washington State residents
  • Participation in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension)
