Educational Requirements for the Life Science Internship:
- Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Life Sciences or related discipline
- Expected graduation between December 2025 and June 2026
- No prior work experience required (previous internships preferred)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
Key Responsibilities of the Intern Role:
- In this Life Science Internship, you have to partner with leadership to identify and improve operational efficiencies
- Act as a process owner, reviewing workflows and recommending improvements
- Learn and apply continuous improvement methodologies (PPI, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GLP, and GMP regulations
- Execute experimental plans and analyze technical data
- Prepare technical reports and product summaries
- In this Life Science Internship, you also have to investigate new methods and technologies to support innovation
- Maintain accurate lab notebooks to protect intellectual property
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, Technical Services, Marketing, and Business Development
