Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of the “Biotechnet II” project through coordination, monitoring, and reporting
- Liaise with project partners and stakeholders across African countries as a Project Assistant at ICGEB
- Monitor project timelines and ensure alignment with approved work plans
- Manage project communications, including mailbox monitoring and responses
- Organize meetings, prepare presentations, and assist in reporting activities in this Life Science Job in Italy
- Collect and manage data for KPIs and project reports
- Assist in drafting progress and final reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and communication
- Support outreach, stakeholder engagement, and promotional activities in this Job
- Assist in the dissemination of training opportunities and knowledge exchange programs
Educational Requirements for this Job:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
- University degree in Natural Sciences, Life Sciences, or related fields (preferred)
Skills Required:
- Experience in administrative or project support roles
- Knowledge of project coordination and stakeholder communication
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in international cooperation or scientific environments (preferred)
- Fluent in English (required)
- Knowledge of Italian and French (preferred)
