Educational Requirements for the Science Editor Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Equivalent education combined with relevant experience may be considered

Key Responsibilities of the Science Editor:

  • Edit and review technical and marketing materials for grammar, clarity, consistency, and accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, editorial style guides, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Validate scientific claims and product information for accuracy
  • Provide clear, tactful editorial feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Organize and manage review cycles for written materials
