Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of microbiology experience, or
- Associate’s degree in Life Science, Pharmaceutical, or related field with 2–4 years of experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or Biology with 1–2 years of microbiology experience
- Experience with LIMS or TrackWise systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine microbiological testing such as bioburden, endotoxin, and growth promotion
- Conduct environmental monitoring of controlled manufacturing environments
- Collect and test clean utilities including water, steam, and compressed gases
- Review and enter test results into LIMS
- Maintain CGMP compliance, data integrity, and inspection readiness
- Support deviations, non-conformances, and quality events
- Assist with laboratory equipment qualification and validation
- Participate in continuous improvement and project activities
Skills Required for QC Associate Role:
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques
- Understanding of USP and European Pharmacopeia standards
- Experience in CGMP laboratory environments
- Familiarity with LIMS and quality systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Structured and detail-oriented work approach
