Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences required
  • Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and Good Documentation Practices (GDocP)
  • Understanding of local regulations and quality standards

Key Responsibilities for QA Associate Role:

  • Implement and maintain Marken’s Global Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Manage deviations, complaints, CAPAs, change controls, and quality metrics
  • Evaluate risks and advise on necessary QA actions
  • Support internal audits, client audits, and regulatory inspections
  • Guide operational teams on quality assurance and CGT activities
  • Identify training needs and ensure delivery of GxP/Quality programs
  • Write and maintain SOPs and quality procedures under management guidance
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and escalate as necessary
  • Evaluate vendors and outsourced activities for compliance
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of all records and documents

Skills Required for QA Associate Role:

  • Experience in quality assurance within GxP/pharmaceutical industries
  • Knowledge of cold chain logistics and drug product handling preferred
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience desirable
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to collaborate with customers, vendors, and operations staff effectively
