Job Details:
The QC Analyst I is responsible for supporting a variety of daily Quality Control activities, including GMP testing, assay development, and client-based project support. The role involves working across multiple test methods, generating accurate data, maintaining lab inventory, and adhering to strict compliance practices.

Primary Responsibilities for QC Analyst Role:
- Supporting day-to-day GMP and QC activities based on applicable SOPs.
- Executing Quality Control Method Development and release testing (molecular biology, immunology, tissue culture).
- Conducting routine and non-routine assays, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
- Leading or assisting in client QC assay projects.
- Maintaining QC materials and lab supply inventory.
- Assisting in method development and QC procedure improvements.
- Performing flow cytometry, qPCR, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, gel electrophoresis, cytotoxicity assays, and other techniques under supervision.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting QC equipment and assisting in equipment qualification.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and departmental projects.

Educational Requirements for QC Analyst Role:
- Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline (Biology, Immunology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.).
- 0โ2 years of experience in a laboratory or cGMP/cGTP environment.
- Hands-on experience in flow cytometry is required.
- Familiarity with QC tools such as qPCR, ELISA, pH, osmolality, and cell-based assays.
