WHATย YOU’LL DO
Our Beverage Technology and Innovation team is proud of where weโve been, but more interested in where weโre going. This team drives creativity, pushing us to find the next big thing.
For 6 months, youโllย leverageย your technical knowledge of formulation, flavors,ย and ingredientsย to develop amazing beveragesย that consumers love.ย This is an opportunity toย driveย projects from idea to commercialization.ย ย Youโll learn the lab foundation, supporting ongoing projects through making beverage samples, setting up testing, and recording results. This is a great chance to grow your skills and learn more about what life could look like after college.
Reports to: Senior Manager, R&D

Base Hourly Rate (depending on experience): $17
- Support developing formulas leveraging your knowledge of flavor chemistry.
- Research ingredients, beverage, and flavor technology.
- Support the team in identifying opportunities to solve product quality issues, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Conduct shelf studies for all new products, reformulated products as well as existing beverages.
- Analyze and present project resultsย and potential next steps to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times, notifying the immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Minimum ofย 1ย yearย of experience in R&D function for a food businessย ideally in the beverage industry.
- Strong working knowledge of food science principles, food manufacturing processes and ingredient functionality.
