Educational Requirements:
- BSc or equivalent in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field
- 1–2 years of laboratory experience following SOPs and defined protocols
- Hands-on experience with cell culture and biological assays
Key Responsibilities for Assay Scientist Role:
- Perform routine laboratory research activities including cell culture and sample preparation
- Execute biological assays using manual and automated techniques
- Analyze and report data using corporate tools with QC compliance
- Track assay performance metrics and suggest process improvements
- Participate actively in scientific team meetings and data presentations
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
