About the Role
Join Roche’s Computational Sciences Center of Excellence to support data policy, AI governance, and digital enablement across Research & Early Development (gRED/pRED). This internship focuses on translating global data policies into clear, practical guidance for scientists.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data-policy questions from scientists and data managers
- Develop clear, scientist-friendly guidance and resources
- Translate global data/AI policies into practical materials
- Communicate with global policy experts and internal teams
- Design informational tools (e.g., guides, chatbots) to streamline compliance
Qualifications for Summer Internship
- Education (any one): Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD (pursuing or completed)
- Preferred Majors: Biology, or related areas
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience interpreting and explaining policy
- Ability to tailor content to different audiences
- Comfortable coordinating across teams and time zones
- Availability for early morning meetings (as early as 7am PDT)
Compensation for Summer Internship
- $24 – $46/hour (based on experience and location)
