- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) libraries.
- Extract and isolate nucleic acids according to SOPs.
- Perform hybridization capture and genetic sequencing.
- Operate automated 8-span and 96-head liquid handling platforms.
- Use quantification, sizing, and NGS instruments.
- Process patient and client samples efficiently.
- Track samples in LIMS and maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance.
- Participate in SOP revisions and quality improvement initiatives.
- Document and assist with NCRs, CAPAs, and other investigations.

Educational Requirements for molecular technologist role:
