Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in biological sciences, pharmacy, or other health-related disciplines
- Strong understanding of clinical trials methodology and terminology
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualification, site initiation, monitoring, and termination visits
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clinical sites
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with protocol, GCP, and regulatory requirements
- Manage site quality from identification through study close-out
- Review trial performance, data quality, and drug accountability
- Monitor regulatory documentation and perform site document verification
Skills Required for Clinical Research Associate Role:
- Proven site management or equivalent clinical research experience
- Ability to independently perform all monitoring activities
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Experience working in a self-driven, remote environment
- Proficiency with CTMS, EDMS, and MS Office tools
