Educational Requirements for this Job:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, or a related scientific field
- 0–2 years of experience in a laboratory environment (preferably clinical research or related industry)
- Chromatography experience (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses according to established protocols in this Biology Job at ICON plc Careers.
- Execute laboratory HPLC methods related to clinical studies
- Participate in method development, validation, and qualification of compendial methods
- Assist in developing pharmaceutical formulations by testing excipients and vehicles
- Perform USP and EP test methods as a Lab Analyst
- Inspect, release, and manage the destruction of production materials and chemicals
- Sample raw materials in an ISO classified environment and prepare shipment of samples
- Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment in this Biology Job in USA.
- Support quality control activities by reviewing and verifying test results
Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow protocols and maintain accurate records
- Basic proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment operation
- Knowledge of HPLC and chromatography (preferred)
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
