- Salary Range: $18.60 – $24.04 per hour
- Work Conditions: Lab and office environment

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology, Molecular Biology, or a Life Sciences-related field
- 0–1 year of laboratory experience required
- Strong understanding of immunology, molecular biology, and cell biology
- Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on routine assignments per written procedures in the Biology Jobs in the USA.
- Recognize deviations from accepted laboratory practices
- Perform support functions in in vitro immunology experiments and assays
- In this Research Associate Role, you should follow SOPs with minimal supervision after training
- Contribute to departmental goals and overall operations
- Ensure compliance with Regulations, International Standards, and WuXi AppTec Policies and SOPs
- Maintain understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Collaborate with equipment vendors and technical support teams in the Biology Jobs
- Assist other departments when required

Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of immunology, molecular biology, and cell biology
- Experience in mammalian cell culture
- Ability to follow SOPs independently
