Responsibility:
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends and demands.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients who may require the services of the CDMO or CRO, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and research institutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaboration with Technical Teams: Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to understand the capabilities and offerings of the CDMO or CRO and effectively communicate these to potential clients.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients, including pricing, timelines, and deliverables.
Skill You Will Need:
- Ph.D. degree in medicine, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, and other related fields.
- Deep understanding of small molecule new drug development CMC. (not generic drug).
- Well-connected in the biotech or big pharma industry.
- Successful track record in getting CMC CDMO projects as a BD or SME.
- With more than 5 years of R&D experience in chemistry, formulation, solid-state research, and analysis, CMC is a plus.
