- Bachelors degree in a biological science
- 0-2 years previous laboratory experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft office and Google suites

- Previous experience with IHC, IF or Flow
- Multitasking with effective management of multiple changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills

Expected outcomes include:
- Demonstration of technical expertise in IF, IHC and Flow.
- Design, deployment and management of an application cross-training program.
- Completion of application-related product feasibility and development projects.
- Thorough and accurate data analysis and effective communication of such.
- Support application teams to ensure pipeline continuity.
- Implementation of innovative process improvements.
Key Success metrics:
- Testing is completed within service level agreements.
- Responsible for thorough and accurate data analysis and the effective and concise communication of such within service level agreements.
- Consistent cycle times in application teams.
- Development of cross-trained staff within Application & Validation teams
