Educational Requirements:

Key Responsibilities of Clinical Lab Associate Role:
- Assist in testing patient samples according to standard operating procedures
- Maintain updated knowledge of laboratory methods
- Follow GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and maintain a clean work environment
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate equipment malfunctions
- Document and report protocol deviations to supervisors
