Educational Requirements for the Internship:
- Pursuing a 4-year degree in Food Science, or Biological Engineering (with interest in food production)
- Minimum GPA: 3.0
- Language Requirement: French fluency for Montreal or Candiac placements
Key Responsibilities:
- In this Food Science Internship at ADM Careers, you should manage assigned engineering and operations projects with guidance from mill leadership
- Observe and assist with daily milling operations, including monitoring and adjusting equipment
- Support process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, yield, and energy reduction
- Collect, analyze, and interpret production, quality, and equipment performance data
- Participate in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability initiatives in the Food Science Internship at ADM Careers.

- Learn and comply with OSHA, FDA, and ADM safety standards
