Role Overview
The QSHE Coordinator is responsible for enforcing compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) management systems across the region to meet consumer and customer requirements. The role supports implementation of QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with QSHE management systems
- Implement and maintain QSHE strategies and standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across QSHE processes
- Conduct risk assessments and root cause analyses
- Prepare technical and compliance reports
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior management
Qualifications & Experience For Food Science Job
- Diploma in Food Science or HSS-related field
- ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor (IRCA Certified)
- 1–2 years of experience in:
- Dairy Quality Assurance
- Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- HSS and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
- ISO and HACCP implementation in certified organizations
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of integrated QSHE management systems
- Experience in risk assessment and compliance monitoring
- Excellent technical report writing skills
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
- Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic speaking required
- Computer literate
- Valid driving license
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
- Confident engaging with senior executives and presenting data
