Key Responsibilities:Â Navigating this Life Science Job
The core of this role is the meticulous management of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs). You will be responsible for the “Intake to Submission” pipeline, ensuring that every reporter’s feedback is validated and processed within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Case Receipt & Triage: You will monitor mailboxes for adverse events (AEs) and product quality complaints (PQCs). This includes determining case validity and Evaluating safety information for seriousness.
- Multilingual Translation: In the diverse environment of the Netherlands, you will translate source documents between Dutch and English using advanced translation tools.
- Literature Search: Actively search for and assessment of publication titles to identify case reportability and analyze the potential impact on a drug’s benefit-risk profile.
- AE Reconciliation: Perform monthly or quarterly reconciliation of safety data, identifying discrepancies and maintaining records for Source Data Verification (SDV).
