Educational Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Microbiology, Biology, Engineering, or a related Science/Engineering field (required)
• M.S. degree preferred

Key Responsibilities for quality assurance associate role:

• Ensure robust quality assurance by monitoring quality systems and supporting regulatory inspections
• Review documents and facilitate batch disposition of materials while maintaining compliance
• Coach and mentor operations teams on quality assurance principles
• Investigate non-conformances, deviations, and CAPAs using Six Sigma and Lean tools
• Provide guidance throughout project lifecycles

Skills Required for quality assurance associate role:

• Knowledge of FDA, EU GMP, USDA, and CFIA regulations
• Proven experience in regulated environments
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Root cause analysis and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead without authority
• Technical writing skills
