Role Overview
The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) will monitor clinical studies at investigative sites and ensure compliance with study protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations. The role involves study setup, site initiation, monitoring, and coordination of all necessary activities throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
This is a remote position with domestic travel requirements, including overnight stays. International travel may be required for senior-level positions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites.
- Ensure studies are conducted, recorded, and reported according to protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate all activities for study setup and monitoring, including investigator identification, regulatory submissions, pre-study and initiation visits.
- Identify potential study risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Maintain responsibility for the quality and outcomes of all assigned work.
- Handle conflicts using proven resolution strategies.
Candidate Profile For Remote Job

Qualifications
- Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as a CRA in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech setting, or equivalent experience in clinical research.
- Experience in site management or equivalent.
- Experience managing oncology studies.
- Availability for domestic travel, including overnight stays (international travel for senior positions).
Other Required:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Client-focused approach.
- Fluency in English; for non-English speaking countries, fluency in the local language is required.
- Ability to handle up to 50-60% domestic travel as required.
Preferred:
- Experience with study start-up activities.
