Key Responsibilities
- Perform environmental and utility monitoring in manufacturing cleanrooms, including sample collection and testing
- Conduct microbiological testing (microbial enumeration, sterility, endotoxin, Mycoplasma, and media growth promotion)
- Maintain laboratory spaces, equipment, and inventory
- Enter, trend, and archive laboratory data and test records
- Author and revise SOPs, training materials, and quality documentation
- Support deviation, OOS, and environmental monitoring excursion investigations
- Complete assigned tasks under manager guidance and perform additional duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications for Quality Control Jobs
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or a related life sciences field
- 0–2 years of experience in QC laboratories or classified cleanroom manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with Environmental Monitoring (EM) terminology
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Smartsheets
- Accurate pipetting skills
- Ability to interpret cleanroom maps and floor plans
- Experience with aseptic gowning procedures
- Knowledge of contamination control and basic microbiological principles

- Annual Base Pay: $54,856.80 – $82,285.20
