Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, or related scientific discipline (required)
- 1 year of clinical laboratory experience (highly preferred)
- Experience with molecular biology techniques (highly desired)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prioritize, and prepare clinical samples while ensuring sample integrity in the Clinical Laboratory Technician Job in the USA
- Prepare and label tubes according to established protocols
- Prepare clinical samples for testing and identify sample-related issues

- Maintain inventory and organization of specimen samples
- Accession samples and enter data into the laboratory information system

Skills Required:
- Knowledge of laboratory processes and medical terminology
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain laboratory production and quality standards
- Ability to handle blood and blood by-products safely
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to pass a standardized color vision screen
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
