CRA Job Description
CRA job responsibilities at PSI CRO involve managing the clinical aspects of full-service global projects in Japan. The Clinical Research Associate will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements are achieved in clinical research studies. Qualifications
CRA job applicants should meet the following qualifications:
- College or University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of independent onsite monitoring experience in Japan
- Experience with Phase II and/or III monitoring visits
- Experience in feasibility assessment and study startup processes preferred
- Experience in Multiple Sclerosis, Oncology, Infectious Diseases, or Inflammatory Bowel Disease is an advantage
- Full working proficiency in English and Japanese
- Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Ability to travel up to 30%–40%
Key Responsibilities – CRA Job
CRA job duties include:
- Conduct and report all types of onsite monitoring visits
- Participate in study startup activities
- Perform CRF review, source document verification, and query resolution
- Facilitate site budgets and contract negotiations
- Monitor clinical trial progress at the country level
- Manage communication with clinical sites and investigators
- Act as a point of contact for vendors and in-house support services
- Communicate study progress with internal project teams
- Participate in feasibility research
- Support regulatory teams with study submission documents
