The Position

  • The candidate will join a two-year Start Patient Safety program designed to build a career in drug safety. The program offers a combination of hands-on experience and structured training in all aspects of Safety Science and Pharmacovigilance.
  • The individual will collaborate with colleagues worldwide within the global Safety department of a leading pharmaceutical company.

The Fellowship in Pharmacovigilance Opportunity

  • The selected candidate will:
  • Build foundational pharmacovigilance experience with the support of global patient safety colleagues.
  • Take responsibility and gain hands-on knowledge of global pharmacovigilance activities across all stages of drug development, from early stages to post-marketing.
  • Take ownership of personal learning and development while gaining an understanding of patient safety roles and cross-functional teams.
  • Work in an innovative, patient-centric global pharmaceutical environment.

Candidate Profile (Who You Are)

  • The ideal candidate is expected to meet the following criteria:
  • Holds a Master’s or PhD, preferably in Life Sciences, prior to the start of the program and is within three years of completing the degree.
  • Demonstrates the ability to think creatively while maintaining attention to detail and a broader perspective.
  • Exhibits a strong learning mindset and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Encourages partnership, collaboration, and empowerment among colleagues.
