Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be directly responsible for maintaining the safety, purity, and compliance of the cell therapy production pipeline. You will report directly to the QC Microbiology Management team.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Routine Sample Testing: Performing standard microbiological testing on in-process materials, finalized cellular products, and long-term stability samples.
  • Environmental Monitoring (EM): Executing critical facilities monitoring and environmental sampling within active manufacturing cleanrooms to ensure strict cleanliness compliance.
  • GMP Documentation: Reviewing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation and performing routine data verification to ensure complete audit readiness.
  • Compliance Workstreams: Supporting document revisions, project timelines, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and deviation or out-of-specification (OOS) investigations.
  • Peer Training: Assisting in training fellow laboratory analysts on general job duties and basic assay workflows as you gain experience.
  • Laboratory Maintenance: Performing essential housekeeping tasks to ensure the QC laboratories remain safe, clean, and fully operational.

Qualifications & Technical Skills Required For Microbiology Jobs for Freshers
