Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Research Coordinator II, you are the operational backbone of the clinical trial process. This Life Sciences Job requires strict adherence to study protocols, ICH-GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines, and internal SOPs.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • End-to-End Trial Coordination: Manage assigned clinical trials with supervision, handling everything from study start-up, vendor management, and subject recruitment to scheduling visits and closing out reports.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance: Apply impeccable documentation practices. A critical aspect of this Clinical Research Job is ensuring that all data is entered into the sponsor’s portal promptly, queries are resolved swiftly, and protected health information (PHI) remains strictly confidential.
  • Patient Safety & Monitoring: Uphold the highest standards of patient safety. You will manage and report all adverse events (AEs), serious adverse events (SAEs), and protocol deviations efficiently.
  • Hands-on Clinical Duties: Perform delegated clinical tasks within your scope, such as drug preparation and administration, fibroscan, phlebotomy, ECGs, and lab processing.
  • Regulatory Submissions: Create, collect, and submit necessary regulatory documents to Sponsors and Institutional Review Boards (IRBs).

Qualifications & Candidate Profile For Clinical Research Job
