As a Bioprocess Associate, you will support both Upstream Processing (USP) and Downstream Processing (DSP) activities, including buffer and media preparation. The role involves operating within a cGMP-compliant manufacturing environment while contributing to production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position initially follows standard office hours from Monday to Friday and later transitions into a 7-day extended shift pattern with 12-hour rotating shifts to support 24/7 manufacturing operations.
Qualifications

- Participate actively in shift handovers and production discussions
- Highlight operational challenges and coordinate with Shift Leads
- Use Lean Tools such as 5S, TPM, Gemba, and Standard Work for continuous improvement
- Support HAZOP activities and risk assessments
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams when required
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory guidelines including cGMP, cGLP, and cGCP
- Assist in the development, commissioning, qualification, and commercial transition of vaccine drug substance manufacturing equipment
