Key Responsibilities
As an Associate of Clinical Trial Operations, you will provide critical support to the Clinical Study Team (CST). This Life Sciences Job requires you to help manage multiple clinical trials across all phases while ensuring absolute compliance with corporate SOPs, FDA regulations, and GCP/ICH guidelines.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- TMF Lifecycle Management: Oversee the collection of trial-related documents and the continuous maintenance of both paper and electronic Trial Master Files (eTMF).
- Quality Control Auditing: Conduct strict TMF quality control checks at defined project intervals and prior to the final transition of files to Insmed at the end of a study.
- Audit & Inspection Prep: Partner directly with the Quality Assurance team to support audits and inspections for CROs and external vendors in preparation for regulatory body assessments.
- Agreement & Financial Tracking: Participate in the baseline review of clinical trial agreements, work orders, and site vendor contracts, while assisting in processing study-related invoices via the procurement system.
- Training & Logs: Document and track crucial site and sponsor training files across study-specific, drug, and program-level tiers.
- CST Meeting Oversight: Schedule study meetings, draft and finalize action items, and deliver regular, transparent updates regarding the health and currency of the study TMF.
- SOP Gap Analysis: Assist in reviewing CRO and vendor SOPs to identify potential gaps and ensure compatibility with Insmed clinical trials.
