Responsibilities include:

- Execution of laboratory experiments to support development and validation of analytical methods for process-related impurities
- Author, review and/or approve technical documents or regulatory filings ensuring high technical standards and compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines to support analytical impurity methods. (protocols, reports, test methods, regulatory filings, etc)
- Evaluation / Implementation of new technologies
- Development, validation and transfer strategy of analytical impurity methods to support biological product release.
Responsibilities Breakdown:
Takeda PhD Freshers Job
- 50%: Planning, designing, and conducting experiments and data analysis to support the development and optimization of process-related impurity methods.
Responsible for documentation of experimental data, generation of high-quality written study protocols/development reports, and oral presentations - 30%: Design and participate in the validation and transfer strategy of analytical impurity methods to support biological product release.
- Responsible for execution and documentation of validation data, generation of high-quality written validation protocols / validation reports, and participation /leading cross-functional meetings
- 20%: Participate or lead technology working groups to evaluate and implement new technologies related to impurity related methods.

Required Education and Skills:
Degree in Biology, Biochemistry or other related disciplines with minimum to some years of relevant industry experiences in analytical development.

- ELISA, DNA, residual process impurity methods and critical reagent generation/characterization with respect to regulatory guidelines
- Demonstrated experience working with plate-based immunological and molecular biology methods including ELISA, Octet protein binding assays, Host Cell Protein assays, immunogenicity assays and qPCR is essential.
- Proven record of technical expertise and troubleshooting. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated capacity to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Effective communication skills (oral and written) are essential.
