What You’ll Be Doing
As a Clinical R&D Research Intern, you will rotate through six key functions within the Clinical R&D Department to gain exposure to roles and career paths in biotechnology. Rotations include:
- Medical Monitoring
- Clinical Operations
- Pharmacovigilance
- Pharmacokinetics
- Translational Medicine
- Data Science
Responsibilities in Life Science Internships
- Build foundational understanding of Nuvation Bio’s assets and key disease areas through meetings, data updates, and scientific discussions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of scientific materials through the Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) process.
- Organize training resources for the Medical Affairs team.
- Support logistical and cross-functional planning for major medical congresses.
- Assist with administrative tasks supporting internal and external collaborations.
Education:
Currently pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in a scientific discipline (life sciences, biology, biotechnology, etc.).
Skills:
- Strong organizational, analytical, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with urgency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
