Educational Requirements:
- University degree in life sciences or other scientific disciplines
- OR apprenticeship in the healthcare field
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
Key Responsibilities for Clinical Research Associate Role:
- Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- Support subject recruitment planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with GCP and ICH guidelines
- Track regulatory submissions, recruitment progress, and CRF completion
- Resolve data queries and maintain data quality
- Collaborate with study sites and client representatives
- Participate in remote monitoring and study start-up activities
- Mentor junior team members when required
Skills Required for Clinical Research Associate Role:
- 2–4 years of on-site monitoring experience as a clinical research associate
- Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and time management
- Fluency in German (C1 level) and good English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical research environment
- Valid Class B driving license
