Bamboo Program Overview
The Bamboo Program is a 2-year rotational program designed to develop technical expertise and initial leadership readiness. Participants will gain exposure to various business functions within Cytiva, including Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Commercial Processes, and Field Service Engineering.
Primary Responsibilities of Life Sciences Careers
Sales:
- Sell Life Sciences products in assigned markets.
- Develop new accounts and expand existing accounts.
- Maintain strong customer relationships in the assigned territory.
Product:
- Act as a product expert to support field sales teams.
- Track market dynamics, customer needs, and product evolution.
- Provide analysis to support business forecasts and planning.
- Engage with key luminaries to promote products and gather customer feedback.
Marketing:
- Participate in planning and execution of marketing programs, solutions, and events.
Commercial Processes:
- Gain deep understanding of commercial processes, market dynamics, company policies, and resources.
- Engage in sales support roles, including commercial operations and OTR specialist functions.
Field Service Engineer:
- Maintain high customer satisfaction for Life Science equipment.
- Manage territory service activities and meet quality and business targets.
- Drive market penetration in assigned areas.

Qualifications & Requirements For Life Sciences Careers
- Recent bachelor’s or master’s graduate; major in Life Sciences, or related fields preferred.

- Strong academic record.
- Demonstrated sales/people skills or aptitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team player.
- Willingness to travel and geographic mobility.
