Educational Requirements for the Project Manager Role:
- Master’s degree in Food Science or a related field
- PMI / PMP certification is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Project Manager, you should lead large industrial processing and packaging projects at customer sites
- Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
- Manage project scope, milestones, risks, and contractual deliverables in the Food Science Jobs at Tetra Pak.
- Apply global project management tools and processes to improve efficiency
- Manage scope changes, claims, and ongoing client communications in the Project Manager Role.
- Support commercial activities through technical and project presentations
- Document project progress, lessons learned, and best practices in the Food Science Jobs in France.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and provide performance feedback
- Participate in project reviews and maintain PMP certification
Skills Required for the Project Manager Role:
- Minimum 3+ years of industrial project management experience with external clients

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in complex, multicultural, and politically sensitive environments
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Strong budgeting, planning, and analytical skills
- Fluent in English with business-level French proficiency
- Customer-focused, resilient, and able to work under pressure
